About Kandy Kane Enterprises
Kandy Kane Water Well started in 2011. It began as just drilling water wells and then moved to drilling and service work.
Following the passing of the business founder, Kurt Porter, the business now rests in the capable hands of Donna Porter, his wife and partner. Despite this change, Kandy Kane Water Well continues to deliver the same exceptional services that have characterized its operation throughout the years.
The Porter’s 2 sons have grown up in the industry. The oldest son Cody is now employed with Kandy Kane and the younger son will be after he graduates from high school.
Kandy Kane Water Well has grown from a small drilling rig to multiple rigs and service trucks. We handle all water well related problems from working on simple domestic water wells to municipalities and multi-well farming applications.
Kandy Kane Water Well has a unique drilling style that has been perfected over the past 10 years to guarantee and almost sand free, worry free water well.

In tribute to our founder, Kurt Porter, we fondly remember a man of profound dedication and passion. Prior to embarking on the journey of Kandy Kane Water Well in 2011, Kurt served as the Water Superintendent for the City of Lovington for an impressive 15 years. His wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to water management laid the foundation for what would become a thriving venture. Though Kurt passed in October of 2023, his legacy extends beyond the wells he drilled. It encompasses the countless lives he touched and the enduring impact on the people and communities he served.

Donna’s background is in library science but her most proud career is as a stay-at-home mom. Momager is a term we came up with to cover all the job duties preformed by Donna.

Fully Equipped to Serve You!
Our trucks are fully stocked with parts to repair most any well. Our trucks are also large enough to handle even the biggest jobs. We have equipment to handle all jobs, from a large backhoe and ditcher to walk behind ditcher for small spaces. We have special equipment for pulling water wells in areas where a truck cannot get to, such as under the eves of a house.

We use only high quality parts. We have a water well at our home so many of the parts we sell we have tried in our own wells so we can attest to the quality of the products we sell.
Licensed Technicians
A Level 4 Water Operators License and is a Licensed New Mexico Water Well Driller. We’ve attended continuing education classes in the water well field.
